Playing Floodwaters twice [Devs Aware]

Here's a funny one: Play Floodwaters twice in one turn. First cast sets every creature's power to zero. Second one sets them all back to their original value! Haven't tried to replicate it yet, but had it happen to me in a match.

    I just had this happen to me as well.  Almost got me killed.

    Just happenned to me weird, really weird.

    This is a bug reported to devs.

    Known issue. The AI does this all the time.
