Fate is Rarely Fair brackets larger than they should be

The brackets only show rewards to 1000 but when I joined I was ranked 1040. A coalition member was ranked 2090. This has been an issue since the 2.0 update and was not addressed in 2.0.1 or 2.1. If you place below 1000 you do not receive a reward.
