why is Ajani2 gone from the vault prematurely?

I just wanted to purchase Ajani2 from the vault, noticed the update was available, updated and puuuuff Ajani2 was gone. The faq-page lists him until 17th, so why now? @Brigby ,please let me purchase him

    That's a good question. Normally we have 3 Planeswalkers available in the Vault at all times, so I'm not sure where Ajani went. I've passed this along to the developers, and hopefully they have more insight.

    @Brigby Thank you! I've been racing to get to 650 crystals all week, finally got there, but Ajani's gone before I could purchase him. He's supposed to exit the Vault tomorrow, and I'm afraid this bug won't be fixed in time.

    Hi @ElimGarak . I just spoke with the team about Ajani being missing from the vault. If you reach out to Customer Support today letting them know you were trying to purchase Ajani Unyielding, and have the 650 crystals available prior, then they will be able to credit you the Planeswalker and remove the 650 crystals as part of the purchase.

    @Brigby: I sent in a support request in-game on the 16th asking for exactly what you suggested @ElimGarak request, AND had sufficient crystals at the time (700+), and still haven't heard back—not even to acknowledge my support ticket. I don't want to open another ticket, as support got annoyed w/me last time I did that. Suggestions?

    As long as your ticket was sent in prior to the 18th, which it was, then Customer Support should still be able to credit you Ajani Unyielding and remove the 650 crystals. Please reach out to me if for some reason you find you are being declined this service.

    Sadly I only read your reply last Monday, immediately
     opened a ticket for the support (325830) but it
    seems that was already too late and the ticket has been
     closed without service.

    I really appreciate your effort and I do apologize for
    not waiting long enough that day.

    However, I do not understand what harm it would be to
    do this at any time, since nothing has changed really.

    I'm sorry to hear that you just missed the offer. This was a unique occurrence where Ajani was not supposed to have left the Vault yet, but for some reason was removed early; this is why we had Customer Support handle these requests in its stead.

    This service is no longer provided though, because Ajani is no longer available in the Vault, as scheduled.
