    For what's it's worth, with this brand new set the Elite packs will really show off what they were intended to be.  I'm excited for Thursday.

    From the posts here the rate seems to be all over the place. From my 58 KLD packs, I got four mythics, one dupe among them. All the rares were dupes too, though. But 4 mythics in 58 seems almost okay for me.

    Only opened the reward packs so far, so 4 packs?. 2 rares, rest commons and uncommons 1 dupe total so far.

    I opened 187 packs and received 12 Mythics and 1 Masterpieces.

    The drop rates didn't seem too bad, but I might just have been lucky.

    They were won during events. Our coalition leader, Majincob, has over 200 saved.

    @DuskPaladin wow nice I have been so unfortunate. My KLD nothing new and the 50 packs of AKH no mythics and I didn't get drake haven a huge bust for me.

    I have 4 rare from the new set and yes of course my rare from the event was a duplicate. Now it's time to face it D3, whatever you say, whatever you want us to believe, the fact remains, for most of the players, the RNG is not working. I'll trust you that this is happening not on purpose from your side. But like it or not, your RNG is generating way too many duplicate and need some serious fixing. The seeding of your pseudo random number generator needs to be changed.

    I bought some crystals as well as burned up my reserve. 4 Channeler Initiates. Then I claimed my Amonkhet rare from Fateful Showdown.... another Channeler Initiate. I now own 5 of that card and set is barely a day old. RNG is failing me.

    It's over 300 actually.

    Purchased 5 super packs with crystals of AKH, got 1 mythic and 10 rares (no dupes!) Just finished Fateful Showdown to get my first AKH rare dupe. Video with commentary in other thread.

    Ok... then clarify what you opened.  My assumption is we are talking (primarily) about Amonkhet.  There is no way to have that many packs yet unless they were purchased.  

    To that end I apologize...

    5 Super Packs is only 15 packs... not even close to 187 or 300.  

    Who really cares about any of the other sets at this point? 1... A new set JUST released.  2... One of the sets has become almost worthless since it can't be used in some of the Events.

    Not exactly pack related, but I just had the event give me the exact same (already dupe) rare for both my personal and coalition reward... Quite infuriating. Why can't they have some  bloody simple mechanism to prevent this kind of ridiculous dupes? i.e. while random_number == previous_random_number: random_number = rand();

    7 rare (not counting the event end rewards)

    no dupes, except one dupe rare, but on event completion award.
