4* DDQ: Carnage vs Dr Octopus

in MPQ Events, Tournaments, and Missions
took two tries with lv140 5/4/2 Carnage. First time with only 50% crit boost, Octy kept matching away my attack tiles to trigger his black, which wore Carnage down

Second time, also used +2 all AP. Managed to get 22 Red AP to down Octy with three Symbiote Scythes in a row

LT = Mordo Blue to make him 2/3/4

    Had a crack at this with a 3/0/1 Lv 111 Carnage for a laugh. Had a miracle match and won with 61 health left, first attempt. Bonus token really.

    Level 188 Carnage and with the first try, no boosts. Two times fired his red, rest was made by automatic attack tiles

    My 3,2,0 lvl 74 carnage has no chance and I'm racing against the cover expiry clock for c4rol so no iso for carnage

    133 5/3/5. Won first try, with about 3k health left, no boosts.

    Was a little worried about the changes, since the old strat was "save all your abilities until the end so you don't give Doc any special tiles to hurt you with", and the new version is "we're creating special tiles for Doc whether you like it or not." But I lucked into enough red to fire Scythes twice, and special tiles took care of the rest.

    Reward: green 5* Thanos. I'm in the course of champing him, so this will be a champ level in a few days. :smile:

    I think I have a 2/1/1 Carnage so I'll probably sit this one out.  I can't even check right now because the game has not been able to load for me without crashing since last night.

    272 Carnage, first try no boosts. Pretty standard match, got a champ level carol from the LT.

    Lvl 188. 2/3/4. 2 R/y AP and 2 all AP boosts. Didn't seem to matter too much. Simply denied blue and waited until both of us were around 4500 of health. Activated Carnage Rules. Got a crit. And a 4* Blade black cover from the LLR.

    Level 276 5/5/3- first try, no boosts. This was a cake walk, Doc Ock did get a manipulation off, but that was the only significant damage I took.

    274 5/5/3. Doctor Octopus never got a single power off. Super easy fight.

    LT gave me a Blue Coulson cover. He's now 4/5/2.

    took a few tries,
    For my L111 Carnage 1/2/2, 6554 health, 3 Symbiote Scythes, 3 Carnage Rules, Dr. Octo manage to get one match for insult to injury, destroy his other 173 attack strike, for 4 mins we doing match damage while attack strikes hitting us, til my attack strikes finish him off, VERY CLOSE match. Saving LT, not planning to pull any due to ISO shortage.

    Did it with a level 94 5/4/4 Carnage, no boosts. Those attack tiles really ramp up the damage hard, and was able to get a green and red off. It was pretty easy in the end

    2/3/3 lvl 131 Carnage. Somehow managed it on the first try with no boosts, for my 21st successful crash in a row o.O

    With a champed Carnage and his new powerset, this is one of the fastest/easiest Crashes to date, IMO. I just matched red and Scythed him to pieces without even worrying what he was doing.
