Gone Missing not functioning as indicated

Scenario:
• I cast a creature
• Opponent steals this creature using Exert Influence
• I cast Gone Missing on stolen creature. Next turn I do not draw that creature.
• Two turns later my opponent casts the stolen creature.

The verbiage on the card either needs to be updated to state the creature goes on top of its controller's library, or it needs to work as stated and put the creature on top of its owner's library. My opponent controlled my creature in this scenario, but I still own it.

This also occurs for bounce effects that return a creature to hand, though most of the cards with that effect use "control", rather than owner.

I agree that they should either make the effect reflect the description, or change the description to "control", but given the large number of bugs and other issues facing the game, a change like this probably would not be a high priority.
