Immediate term plan?

I currently have 16 4* champs, including several of the current-12 (Peggy, Cage, Jessica Drew, etc.). I don't currently have anybody that I have to champ; nobody both fully covered and with a cover in the queue. I generally keep my non-champed 4* toons at level 185, so it takes about 290K ISO to champ. I have 120K now, so I'll have enough ISO to champ somebody in less than a week. I've not been using tokens or CP since I champed Jessica a few days ago. 

The next Patch cover I use will give me a 14th Xforce Wolverine cover, and they've been raining down the last few days so I have several in the queue. I am torn on if I should care (although XFW is currently 5/3/5, so re-specing him makes some sense). This is what I'm thinking... 

When I get to the requisite amount of ISO, pull the small amount of tokens I'll have (probably 7-8 legendary pulls plus various other tokens) and see what I get. If I don't get the 13th cover for somebody I like more (Blade, Agent Venom and Mordo are all at 12 covers), then champ Wolvie and move on.

Does this seem reasonable, or should I just use the cover to make him 5/4/4? I've never felt this ambivalent about getting a new 4* champ, which I guess is reflective of both vaulting and where I am in the game. Any thoughts from folks would be appreciated.

    Personal opinion only, but I'd keep the tokens (well, if I had any willpower) and champ XFW. You'll have plenty of chances to champ the chosen 12 and those tokens will still be there once you've champed him. If you pass on champing him now, your next chance may come when you can't scrape the iso in time.

    Personally I'd hinge this decision on whether or not you have X-Force Deadpool champed or not. The two of them together is good when one is champed, and downright killer when they both are (boosted Countdown for What into a Surgical Strike can wipe teams pretty easily). If you don't XFW isn't really worth it right now and you'd be better off going for Blade. With the current system you're not going to see a lot of XFW covers coming down the pipe, even if it rains Patches covers (doubly so if you have a 2* farm). You're probably going to get more use out of Blade and you'll see more of his covers roll in since he's still an active 4*.

    I champed my xfw right before vaulting took effect. He's gotten one level since bringing to 272. 

    Yeah, he is killer with xfdp. And he was the mvp of the thanos event for me. 

    Just be aware if you do champ him, that's about where he'll stay for the foreseeable future unless you continue to bonus hero him.

    Thanks for the feedback; I should have posted a link to the roster. 

    It's here: https://mpq.gamependium.com/rosters/abominatrix/ ignore the 2* (active farm); everything else is up to date. Unfortunately, my Deadpool is only 5/3/2, so the synergy isn't that good even when boosted (even though 5 red makes him fully useful when he's required in PVE, but the countdown/surgical strike combo isn't as exciting). 

    Anyway, if there are other thoughts, let me know; I have several weeks to decide (12 days for the oldest patch in the queue, then 2 weeks once the XFW cover appears).
