Recruiting individual players?

Rather than waiting for people to join your alliance, can you send messages to players asking them to join?  How else can you get players to join your alliance?

    The Single Player Looking for an Alliance? Post Here thread is meant exactly for that. Players post there and commanders who are looking PM them offering a spot if there is a fit.

    There are also Line recruit rooms posted in one of the other stickied threads. You can PM the contacts for said rooms to get invites into those rooms.

    How do I PM someone?  When I click on their name there isn't an option to send them a message.

    When you create a new message while you are filling in who you want to send it to, it auto populates with possible forum members, so you can do it that way. I'm not sure of any other way on mobile. From a PC, if you go to their profile, there is a message button on the top right.
