Winter Soldier as a bonus hero

First of all: I love Bucky- he's my favorite character in the MCU and barely have 2 covers of him. There's nothing I would love more than to champion him and use him in every game, preferably in a team with Captain America. But I can't help it wondering, why is he the only 4* that appears as bonus hero in the latest/classic legends pack? He's not the strongest of the 4*, I'm sure others have other favorites, so what's so special about him?

    Your bonus heroes have been randomly set when the feature came out a couple of months ago.

    You can select (deselect) characters to be in your group of bonus heroes in your roster screen. Just tap the empty (filled out) heart at the bottom right.

    As a small aside: If you get a bonus hero of a tier where you don't have anyone selected, you'll just get a random character of that tier.

    So, basically, he's the only who shows up as a bonus hero because he's the only one I selected. That makes sense. Thanks!

    Also, I feel pretty dumb right now... :#
