Latest in / oldest out 4* list for LTs

For the love of god, could someone please point me to a list of the 12 current 4*s available outside of the vault, and which order they will be leaving the current line up?  I know there was a table when Bonus Heroes was first announced but that is about 5 characters old and for the life of me I cannot find a current list.

I wish someone out there (D3 would be nice) would make a list, sticky it in the character section, and actually update it when people rotate in and out. I would greatly help me to know who I should focus on championing before they leave packs.

Not quite up to date, but in chronological order at least. Next season should see Grocket and Gamora enter the fourstar token pool while Spider-woman and Luke Cage gets out. Star-Lord should enter the Three-star pool, but it is unclear who will be removed to make room for him.
