@Brigby @Lakestone I assume you guys are aware that all the PvP events including Arena and EMO have reverted back to brackets of 3000 players rather than the smaller brackets which justified the competition ruining nerf to rewards.  Can we get an update on why we both had our rewards butchered and now have to compete against 2999 other players for a shot at 60 crystals?

    Let alone the tinykitty 250 runes (gold) that you can get if you manage to get even into the top 500 from 3000....  As you can see in this graph...

    (...imagine a graph here with a slowly dropping line with occasional small spikes upwards and then continuing down...)

    ...this is just another awkward annoyance that shows someone either isn't paying attention, you don't have proper Quality Assurance best practices or nobody is being paid well enough there to care about this.

    In this case, why have ranking prizes at all? Just have the solo achievement progression and remove the ranking entirely. (Yes, that was sarcasm, but you get the point, I hope)

    I want to remain a happy player but oversights like this and the Liliana/Garruk event's Sorin/Terret 2.0 objectives are just signs that people are consistently dropping the ball.

    Or are you just passing code past QA without them getting a chance to look at it? :s

    Don't forget we have to compete twice as long now in EmO and FIRF.

    I'm convinced it's nothing more or less than an Emergency Ordinance until the major bugs are fixed - brigby postet something related in an other thread

    I have only logged in for dailies and training grounds recently. Why do any more when I can play another more fun game?

    The advantage of those events being two days is that you can completely blow off all of the secondary objectives and still get max progression.

    Which is good, because your cute little Energy deck is going to face a Koth deck with 10 mythics.

    @Brigby: the lack of communication is greatly inspiring the community's fantasy. In another thread (I believe it was called EO 48 hours?) we, the community, asked why the duration of this event (and FirF) has been extended to 48 hours without any prior notification or explanation. As you see there are other questions as well such as why are there brackets of 3000 players again? Both these questions don't justify the even more nerfed rewards for these events. The current rewards should at least be doubled for the 3000 player brackets and doubled again for the double duration.

    This is so annoying. Like, in the face of a bunch of bugs introduced in 2.0, they actually made the rest of the game -worse- while trying to fix things. How did they manage that??

    For all the people who think we are all a bunch of whiners on the forum, every day I see the newer forum posters come to this realization and think... Hmm yeah we aren't wrong.

    While I make no direct comment on the whininess or rightness of our collective community, I would like to make the point that it is very possible to be both whiny and right. :)

    Hi Everyone. The weekday PvP event changes should only begin in 2.1, and should not be live yet.

    When it comes to the bracket sizes, to my knowledge, they shouldn't have changed. I'll pass this concern along to the developers, and update the community with their insight once I receive a response.
