If the game is ever released in China, they will have to make it public in some form.
    Do you think so?
Two members of our coalition are from China.

I can ask them, if they have any information about drop rates, but I doubt it.

D3 has to publish the drop rates if they sell mtgpq in China. China just implemented a law on 2nd May 2017 to force all these mobile p2w micro-transaction games to do so. Bluzzard has already published their Heathstone drop rates.

There are many angry customers who felt "cheated" by these RNG treasure drop based games that it was causing a social issue.

I wrote in this bad ingame chat and asked. Unfortunately, the ingame chat is broken and it doesn't deliver every message to everyone. I often miss out on messages others post, so besides the hope that he reads the message, I have to hope to receive that message as well...

    MTGPQ is really BETA.

It seems weird that MPQ displays the drop rates, tho, doesn't it? So, it's not D3 that wants to obfuscate the drop rates? Is it Hibernum then? Could it be WOTC??? I might write to WOTC and ask them.
