Planeswalker decks

First of all I'd like to say thank you for the much improved interface for decks and planeswalkers. It's so much better than before. 

However, there are a few nitpicks that I think would improve it further:

- default selection to last used planeswalker. Previously, the menu would remember what you used last and default to that. The new system always starts at the beginning of the list. This is kind of annoying. An alternative solution would be to allow us to reorder our planeswalkers. 

- sort decks with custom decks first. People want to use their own decks, it doesn't make sense to have these at the bottom of the list. 

On the topic of the pre-made decks... What's their point? The game has no way for people to collect specific cards, so there is no way to 'strive for' an advanced or master deck. So they just end up sitting there, unusable and taking up UI space with 9/10 cards... Also they cannot be changed so its not like you can use the deck but substitute the cards you are missing.
