Did the Super Lightning Rounds fail? We've had several other releases since Carol, with Agent Coulson being the only one with an alternate event involved. A lot of people mention now and then wanting some kind of update to the "3* heroes this week, 3* villains next week" format that Lighning Rounds have kept almost constantly. Were there not enough players? Was it actually a question of players buying from the SLR store? If there were complaints, that may have had something to do with the massively punishing passive, even with the rank 1 loaner, shredding the health of a player's roster, vs choosing a different strongest color and losing out on doing said damage to the AI. I'd like to see this again with other Legendaries. Experience needs further testing.

I think they tested Super Lightning Rounds featuring a 4* as a way to give us more tokens to pull 4*'s. Unfortunately this felt more like Super Slow Rounds, it was not fun, and the rewards were worse than regular Lightning Rounds. The test was a failure, and shortly after Vaulting along with Bonus Heroes was released, which ultimately filled the role of giving us more 4*'s. Therefore I actually hope not to see Super Lightning Rounds return.

If there were players who didn't think Carol was good, then the super lightning rounds reduced that number to zero.  It probably encouraged a lot of people to spend on those tokens or splurge their hoard to cover her.

Wow... Looks like we had a super completely opposite experience.  I think I got 2 / 3 covers of C4rol only doing seeds cause I managed to get LR's tokens (which I would never have had otherwise)

Yes, it was longer and tough on the health but it was fun and worth it for me.  Am I the only one?

The ISO of LRs don't entice me at all, but I'd definitely do SLRs for tokens that could get me the featured character all day.

it was the prize structure that was bad.  getting elite tokens is almost a waste. at least if they heroic u have slim chance of getting a 4*.

LR with vaulted 4* could be another way to get them (+ NR LR). I like LRs for the quick and small iso dump only. It's just not fun. Playing competitive for heroics (# is a waste there imo, buy the daily heroics deal and it's probably cheaper on the long run, hp wise) it's just not enticing to me.

Anything to mix it up a little, it's a pretty stale mode.
