Recent Coalition Rewards *Updated (5/18/17)

Hi Everyone,
As many of you are aware, there have been some recent issues when it comes to awarding Coalition Rewards to players. I just wanted to provide an update on that situation.
We discussed this topic with the developers, and they are currently compiling a list of all the players that were impacted by this issue. Please understand that this might take some time, but rest assured that once that procedure is done, they will begin rolling out the appropriate rewards to players who did not receive them previously.

Update: All coalition rewards will be credited to players when the 2.1 update arrives later next week. The reason we are waiting for this upcoming patch is because the team wants to ensure that the fix for the coalition rewards system is not rushed, and that it is properly tested and implemented. In addition, the extra time prior to the 2.1 release will allow them to add new tech that provides a much quicker response time for crediting coalition rewards, if for some reason this issue were to occur again in the future.
As a token of our appreciation for all of your patience and understanding, we will be providing additional compensation to these rewards when they arrive in the 2.1 update. Thank you!

As far as I know that would be everyone who missed coalition rewards unless Im mistaken developers are compiling list of all participating players ??0

Wait, wont that mean they have to compile a list of almost everyone who partecipated in the event?
Anyway, glad to get an update! Even if the message is just "we are looking at it, might take a while", it is a lot better than silence Kudos!0 -
@Brigby can we get a definite YES or NO whether this event will be rerun next weekend ?
It has been a disaster and thanks to "unscheduled" maintenance I lost my chance at top 25

I still don't understand why you guys would bother to spend all the time to find each player's missing rewards and try to deliver them all individually with no mistakes instead of just compensating every player, or at least every player in a coalition. It's imaginary money you can print and save the man hours spent on trying to get everything exact.
I can only assume someone's hands are tied and can't reach the "free jewels" button with their nose.

If it's a nose length issue, it could be rectified by telling us again how all these changes and updates are customer-focused and great for the player.8 -

A few questions for you, about the update you made to the original post.
1) What can we expect in this 2.1 update? Is this only a patch to try to fix the bugs that made it out into the public in the last update?
2) I have not filed a ticket with support for either of the two events in which coalition rewards were not properly distributed. Mostly this was out of cynicism based on past experiences with the Customer Support team. I am inundated with feelings of apathy, futility, and a waning interest in the game whenever I think about dealing with them. All that aside, do I need to file tickets for these losses I incurred, or will I be automatically reimbursed? Put differently, if the reimbursement is automatic, will it be based on those who have filed tickets, or will it be applied to everyone who was not appropriately rewarded? It would be nice if I just didn't have to interact with CS, for all the reasons I've listed above.
Intermission: At this point there are only two things keeping me around, which leads me to points 3 and 4, listed below.
3) Amonkhet. Can you tell us when we can expect it??? If not, how about the visual spoiler card list? And failing that, perhaps you could convince your dev team to sneak us a peek at one of the cooler cards of the set? I think that maybe teasing out one or two cards per week until release would be an excellent way to keep your established player base interested and excited about the coming content glut. Wizards does this with the paper game, and even though I don't even play the paper game, it gets me excited to see all of the new cards and mechanics!
4) The dupe conversion system. It's on everybody's mind. There is at least one entire thread devoted to the topic (as far as I know). I completely understand if you still can't say anything regarding when we can expect it or what it might entail. I just figured it can't hurt to ask for whatever new details you might have!

4) Sorry, but I unfortunately don't have any additional information to provide. The team is currently focused on the upcoming 2.1 build, so there hasn't been any drastic updates to the system addressing duplicates that I can communicate.

It won't be simultaneous. Releasing a stable 2.1 update was the development team's first priority, and then following that will be rolling out the coalition rewards.
Now that the update is released, we will be following up with the team tomorrow, and finding out when coalition rewards will be credited to everyone.1 -

I've played two matches and identified three GLARING bugs.1 -
But you have played them
Yeah though there's like a million bugs to fix. Prevent Damage prevents destroy for some reason. PvE Matchmaking levels are still a disaster and are now being actively exploited now that the (wrong) behavior has been characterized. Card art isn't loading. Some PvE nodes are enraged and some aren't. Non-amonkhet activate gems are completely broken. Glorious End doesn't kill the creatures until the NEXT turn's end (so much for the "End" part). Cycling monitor cost typo.0
