Cannot see CD on character when stunned

Some characters have hair that's big enough that you cannot read the number of turns left on a stunned character behind them.  Example...  When IM40 is stunned and KK is in front of him, you cannot see the number.  See the attached screenshots.

Can the number of turns left on stun be moved so that it is above their head, in the description when you tap on the character, or somewhere else?  



It could be put on this display...
