  3. 2x Blade (red and green)

Blade for sure  - he's still in tokens, and he's good.

Wasp and war machine are both vaulted (or will be in a couple of days), but Wasp is better since her revamp and works really well with the current high end 4*s (ie Carol) , so take her.

The 3*s are way more common. Hold on to them in case you earn enough for another roster slot, but don't worry if you have to sell them. None are top tier 3*s anyway.

It's hard to say what the "best" option is, since looking long-term the "best" option will depend on what if anything happens with vaulted characters. However, I can only assume that what we have now is what we'll have for awhile.

I would probably want to make sure you roster Falcon and Groot; Groot is a good meet-shield with a punch (esp. boosted) and Falcon is a good niche character at the 3* level for boosting specials (and removing some others). I believe that all 3* should be rostered and eventually champed, but if you don't roster everybody today, there's always tomorrow.

As for the 4*, I don't know what advice to give. I guess you're first priority should be to roster Blade. I like Wasp more, but since she's leaving tokens soon it'll take awhile to get her to 13 covers while Blade will be in packs for a while to come. I might even consider selling 1-cover Quake or Kate to get the roster space to do it; while either might be better when champed, you're more likely to get covers for Blade for the next few months than any of the older heroes.

I generally run by the rule of thumb that if I could pull a cover that I might regret not being able to use, then don't spend the token. So, if you're short on HP, then hold off until you have 1000, then pull until you draw something you really want that you need to roster, then wait some more. Well, that or spend $$ on roster spaces...
