Weapons expertise is not buffing friendly strike tiles each turn.. It should, right?

    It does not buff them every turn -- it is a constant modifier to the current value of strike tiles on the board.  The same is true of 5* Spider-Man's decrease on enemy strike tiles and 4* Venom's effects on enemy protect and attack tiles.

    If you tap on one of these tiles, you will see the current value of the tile after the passive is applied.  If the character with the passive is taken out of play (downed, stunned, or airborne), and you look at that same tile again, you will see that the value has reverted to its base value.

    (If it happened as a permanent increase to tiles every single turn, and was percentage-based, these powers would be seriously overpowered.  3* Falcon used to work that way on yellow matches, but the percentage increase was a bigger bonus every time and could quickly get out of hand.  This is why all skills of that type now add a set number to any tiles they buff.)

    Good lord, can you imagine if he actually buffed them every turn? Yeesh. He's monsterous enough as he is!
