Saving 'Volume 2, Obviously' tokens?

If I save these tokens, will the 4* characters available in them rotate when the legendaries/heroics do? I'd really like to try and get Cloak and Dagger and 3 extra legendary tokens will sure help.

    Most likely not.  The odds will stay frozen until this room is rerun.  To my knowledge no special event store has ever rerun with new odds.  Although its certainly possible that they could re run event with the debut store with updated 4* odds.

    But this is a question that needs a red answer to speak definitively

    The character pool in the LTs will not be updated again until they are used again...which may be never.

    I don't think there's any harm in saving the tokens until the token update on Friday.
    If they do get updated, great! You have a chance to get Cloak and Dagger.
    If they don't get updated, you are no worse off than you are now.
    I do believe the tokens will be updated before I have a plan ends, so if you open them before the event ends you could conceivably end up with both Cloak and Dagger and a 5tar-Lord to do the extra node in IHAP.
