Known Issue: Error Message (4/30/17)

UPDATE 5:10PM PDT: The reporting server went out of space at 2:35PM PDT which led to some game services to crash. The developers fixed the issue and restarted all the game services at 4:15PM PDT. Everything is now back up and running.  
The developers will keep monitoring in order to avoid any new problems.  Thanks for your patience.

Is there any chance you can try and fix it permanently @lakestone and also, there should be a lot of compensation for all of this. More than 1000 runes, for anyone who remembers that. 1000 xtals would do it.

@lakestone will it be possible to get the lost life from the node for this? I have had terrible experiences with customer service through this point and now I feel like all of the work I did since the announcement of Rikshar's Expertise as a reward have gone down the tubes as I did not lose the match, but I will be missing a life without the compensation of the points I would have gotten from the match. I understand now that customer service for this application is not something that I can expect in the future, but at least I want to be able to express how incredibly frustrating these bugs can make the game experience without a support team that is actually supportive.

Same here, I won a node, with all objectives, but when the game was about to go to reward screen the bug arose, and eventually was denied the win , and it was counted as a loss, had not lost a node before that.... So have still nodes to go, but if that bug made the difference between me not getting a reward, I would be severely disappointed.

This error has cost me to fall from top5 in the Dovin and Lili2 PW Arena.

on a more serious note, Im pretty sure this "maintenance" screwed many people and they've fallen out of top5/25/50 it would be only fair to players (I know this is something new for D3 to understand that players should also be repsected) to RERUN this event next week. Anything less would be a simple insult to your average joe who's pumping money paying for crystals/PW's or mythics

Rerunning would be nice also for the folks such as myself who have been locked out of this event because of the "Claim Match" bug which completely is blocking us from playing.

I agree, rerunning next week, or even just doing a BP Ajani 2, with the same prize, would be acceptable.

Personally, i ended up with a winrate of 97,44%, winning 38 out of 39 matches, each one a flawless win with all objectives reached, a shame that because one of those wins bugged out I will likely not get the top 25 with ONLY 259 points ><

I won all matches, not flawless, dropped 3 points, but because of the flawless win that didn't record because of the bug, I'm stuck at 263 which in my case is also not going to get a top 25 ranking, as 270 surely would.

100% this, but only if matchmaking is fixed. Good god is the new matchmaking infuriating.
