UPDATE 5:10PM PDT: The reporting server went out of space at 2:35PM PDT which led to some game services to crash. The developers fixed the issue and restarted all the game services at 4:15PM PDT. Everything is now back up and running.  
The developers will keep monitoring in order to avoid any new problems.  Thanks for your patience.
