The game changes your bonus heroes?

Probably my fault but it's happened thrice today.

Yesterday I marked Wasp as my desired bonus hero. Shortly after that I got her 13th cover so I changed my bonus dude to Power Man. I'm pretty sure I did.
Today I picked a vintage heroic and got a bonus. Great excitement, will I now get my 13th Power Man cover as well? Nope, Mordo.

Went to the bonus hero tab to look this up and yes, Mordo had a yellow heart. I unticked the heart and gave it to Power Man. I'm pretty sure I did.

Been playing a whole since then and browsed my roster only to see Wasp with a yellow heart - not Power Man. Unticked Wasp placed heart on Power Man. I am very sure I did.
And now, one hour later, none of my 4* cahatcacrers have the heart.

What's up with this? Anyone else having problems?

I haven't noticed this problem myself but try checking the token odds screen before purchasing to make sure you know what you might get
