A positive thing about new matchmaking

I've noticed that I've faced a different opponent in every matchup so far. I saw Killwind once--but just once. This is amazing. I'm seeing a tremendous variety of decks.

Is this intentional? If so, kudos. This part of matchmaking, at least, seems to be working.

Only with Hibernum could 'more randomness' be considered a step forward in competitive matchmaking.
