Can we get a "spam" folder for the inbox?

I don't need a message every day telling me that training grounds has ended and I scored four points. 

I'd really prefer that the inbox was used for useful information like:

"Hey, we gotta nerf baral before we run BP and it's more complicated than we thought. It's RatC again."

or 

"Oops. There were some glitches with BP so we're gonna do some maintenance real quick and restart it tomorrow. Tezz 2 is totally required for top node."

    I could also do away with the "ending event" popups from Training Ground. We aren't getting a prize and don't have a rank.

    Plus, when paper MTG mesages pop up, it would be nice if they indicated they were for paper and not MTGPQ
