Baron Zemo

I had been thinking a while back that it would be fun to see zemo based off the movie version.  Like Yandu I'm only doing one power that I felt would be cool.

10 purple - Complicated Plan: Baron Zemo stages a large, public, destructive event that leaves everyone bewildered and at a lose for who to blame.  Deal damage to enemy team, renders Zemo and his team invisible for a turn and creates an indestructable 5 turn count down tile.  While the tile exists this power becomes plot twist.

4 purple - Plot Twist: Baron Zemo is forced to adjust his plan as things change but the plan is still in motion. Does one of the following: damage enemy team, damage target, stuns random enemy and deals damage to random enemy, or steals 1 ap of each color from enemy team.

When Complicated Plan's countdown tile finishes, all potential effects from plot twist are carried out at the same time.
