So D3 sent my local shop some goodies to give out saying that it is leftovers from Pax. Shop owner gave me this card.  It looks like a referral code for the recruit a friend program.  I want the life counter but he said they didn't say how to give them out so he is making them tournament rewards.  http://imgur.com/4dLE7tz
