When trying to claim any reward or join a match Claim Match load appears [Fixed]

    Issue still exists.... any event I try to join or story I go to play in causes this "Claim Match" to pop up and lock me out of doing anything.  As I said before when I make a new account I can play games just fine is there a way to reset my account connection or somethhing?

    They believe the last patch fixed it which it clearly hasn't......

    Hi Everyone. I'm reaching out to the developers to get an update. In the meantime, have you tried clearing your app's cache, NOT data, to see if that helps?

    (This is not official D3 Go! technical advice. It's just helped me before with bugs in other apps, so I figured I'd suggest it.)

    I've just tried uninstalling, clear cache, reinstalling.
    as per customer services instructions. still the same
    problem. maybe someone else has a better result?

    I am literally going crazy This is one of my favorite games and i put a lot of time and effort in it. And now it wont work. Please fix this soon!

    So how many weeks before these guys get to play again? Don't think the april 28th maintenance has helped

    Hi Everyone,

    I was just told that a hot-fix was released that should have fixed the Claim Match issue. You might need to restart your application in order to see these changes take effect.
