latest update has wiped my data

so after the update its reset all my info and keeps trying to ask me to either log into facebook or start training.
if its all the same to you guys i'd like all my cards and PWs back. not too much to ask or expect? cheers.

    @Brigby so i've got it working on my iPad but it's all reset on my iphone. how do i fix it?

    If you have reached out to support, please PM me your ticket number and in-game name.  If you play on an iPhone and an iPad, your accounts should sync together.  On whatever device that the game isn't currently working on, I would delete the app and redownload it.  When you get back into the game, please restore the save via Facebook and that should work.  If that isn't working, I'll follow-up with support on your support ticket you started with them.

    @LakeStone On my iPhone I've deleted and re-downloaded multiple times and "signed in" with Facebook but each time it takes me to choosing a nickname or entering a referral code. On my iPad it's working fine. i do not have a ticket open. I'll PM you my UID and Game Name.
