Kicked alliance member unable to rejoin
An alliance member was mistakenly kicked and is unable to reapply. It's been well past an hour (about 7). Does the alliance being private affect this?

Apparently the rejoin cool down is a day, not an hour like it says in the patch notes. Bug or intended?0
