Support Tickets???
Anybody have any luck with sending these in?
I was playing this morning and decided to use 2 of the assault tickets I have won from the even so far to try to get the Thor. Well didn't get anything so I kept playing then the game crashed on me so had to go back into Steam and when I did I am missing 5 standard recruit tokens and both my assault cards I got are missing also....was wondering what are the odds I get anything back?

Did you submit a ticket? If you did you can then PM D3PCS on here for an update, but you should wait a bit before you do that. They are busy and it may be a holiday where they are.0

I sent an e-mail from the game is that the best way to do it?0 -
I submitted a ticket concerning a HP issue a few months ago. It took 48 hours, but they did respond and send me the missing HP. Just make sure to check your request message for clarity - my first drafts tend to resemble alphabet soup.
Sending an e-mail from within the game is easiest because it automagically adds your game ID and some other numbers that will help them identify you.0 -

Let's see... I accidentally spent HP on boosts which I didn't like at the time because I'm purchase-banned on Steam and there's no way for me to get HP other than earning.
I submitted a ticket on March 14 and got a reply from Support on April 2. After politely telling me that this operation has a confirmation (weird... it's so conveniently at the same place where the 'Boost more' button is...) they asked more about my ban. I confirmed it was permanent and they left me there feeling like a second-class citizen But hey, no biggie, the game has been generous enough as it is.0
