updated power descriptions

Seriously, you can update the power description for 5 :star: Hawkeye (Blue Power) but not 3 :star: Hawkguy (Blue Power)?

Come on.

And really what is keeping you from doing this with every character with heavily worded powers?

    One would imagine that now that it's been implemented, it wouldn't be the toughest thing to apply to all characters with changeable powers.

    It would seem that they have to do them by hand, so presumably that's what's keeping them from doing them all in one release. I guess I can settle for "one per release until they run out" if I have to.

    They're also not all the same level of "toughness;" for example, there are a few powers that have so many effects that they don't all fit with numbers and full descriptions in one card (Looking at you, Fury, Coulson, and 5* Steve) but they're not all separate powers per se, just different effects. So someone would have to put that together differently (again, likely by hand) than if the power simply had 3-5 versions.
