Carol or Wasp

Both my Carol and Wasp are at 13 covers. Both are LVL 180. I have one Carol cover sitting in my vine and I'll be getting 2 wasp covers form this PvE. I'll only have enough ISO to champ 1 before the covers expire.
I know wasp will be leaving at the end of this season but I do have 200 CP currently. 
So should I champ Wasp and pull my little hoard and hope to pull more champ lvls before hes leaves or champ Carol and wait until wasp leave the token pool.

    Carol, Carol, Carol, Carol... you are so amazing.

    Carol is arguably the best 4* in the game. Useful non-boosted and leading the pack boosted. And you will get lots of levels for her as she will be in the packs long. As much as I like Wasp Carol is just so much better. 


    The real question is - can you champion them both? You will only get Wasp covers in 4-5 days. So at minumum you have 18 days to champion her. Not sure how much for Carol and how much ISO you already have. Also - it's about 290k to champion from lvl 180 (including championing fee). 

    If you play enough you can get about 40k ISO per day (with intercepts), some say 50k. So there is a big chance that you will have enough time to champion them both. Maybe there will be a lvl up or somebody on the 2* farm will flip (both not included in the 40k per day calculation). 

    If it's 40k per day you need 14 days to get iso for both if you have 0 iso now. Keep playing like madman and you will champion both.

    I love Wasp a bit more personally, but yeah Carol would be the winner if you can only get 1.  (But like Magic said, you can get both in 18 days, don’t forget Shield level ISO bonuses!)  Wasp doesn’t need the extra champ levels like some characters do, her yellow is so cheap that  the buffing quickly passes what 2 or three covers might normally give.  And her AP steal isn’t effected by levels either.  You’ll want to champ her eventually just for the respect option, but if its after the covers expire, you’re be okay in the long run.

     

    But if you can get them both, wow are they a combo in PVE, as long as you pair them with a regular special tile producer (like 4* Cage or 3*Blade/Daken).  Both of them make everyone they team with better, so you’re in a good position to be.

    Yeah I might be able to do both. Have 206,993 ISO right now, with one Darken at 144 (Just waiting to get one cover to reroster him) and 2 more over 140. Looking like it's not as big as a problem as I first thought. Although I'm going to have to reinvest sone serious ISO into my 2* farm after. I've sold 4 recently and with Darken and the others I'll have 7 2* to rechamp.

    Yeah I've been rocking Bl4de and Medusa recently. There's some great combos to be had with those 4.

    I'll echo the Carol first sentiment. Also, Wasp is going to be leaving tokens a lot sooner than Carol, so you'll get more mileage out of the champ rewards from Carol over time as well, at least in the immediate future.

    I think it depends on who else you have.  If you have other characters that are really synergistic with Wasp (like Daken or 4* Luke or Blade), maybe you champ Wasp if you think you'll use her a lot.  Otherwise, Carol is the easy choice.

    And Wasp will lose a bit of her charm when the countdown bug is fixed.

    Hence the arguably but Iceman is the rare breed that can give her a challenge for the top spot (some will give a nod to Peggy or Medusa - I am team Carol). I am lucky to have both championed and outside of Simulator (to save health packs) Iceman doesn't see the light of day if he is not boosted. Carol - the contrary. Even not boosted she is an amazing partner to Wasp (along with Star-lord - what a fun team) while the countdown bug is still running and can be a staple of the team when boosted. So her utility at lvl 270+ and 370+ makes her better in my eyes. 

    Plus ask the people with Iceman not championed how they like the comparison (or vaulting as in the end it's the inevitable part of the conversation).
