    Infinite Power (Purple)
3* - Creates a Countdown tile. While the tile is on the board, Thanos does more damage when he makes matches (colors with his gauntlet icon on them). This is similar to Vision's blue power.
5* - Same thing as above, and additionally, while the Countdown tile is out, no power can create, destroy, convert, steal, lock, unlock, or remove any tile on the board.

Notes on the 5* version specifically:
You can still make matches, and tiles can still be swapped (by powers like Loki's Illusions or Doctor Octopus' Manipulation), and the board can still be shuffled (if there are no valid moves or by Quake's Earthquake power)
In some cases this will mean that you won't be able to use a power (if it would do nothing), in other cases you'll be allowed to use the power but it won't have the full effect, so a power like Feral Claws will do damage, but won't create any Strike tiles.
As one exception to this, Thanos is still allowed to take these actions, which presumably means you can use Infinite Power or Come And Get Me normally.

    Come and Get Me (Green)
3* and 5* - Creates a Countdown tile. While the tile is on the board, Thanos moves to the front of the team at the end of each turn (like Colossus or Spider-Woman, if you're familiar with them). In practice this means that Thanos will take all the damage for your team (or for the enemy team) until the countdown tile reaches 0. When (if) it does reach 0, he does a large amount of damage to the whole enemy team.
The 5* version is exactly the same except the damage is different (ie higher).

Hopefully that was helpful. Don't feel bad if you don't quite understand how the 5* Infinite Power works exactly, it's a pretty complicated power in terms of all the possible interactions it can have, and the game isn't very good at spelling these out (or even hinting at them).
