Punisher and Hulk - green/red matching

I liked having my Hulk and Punisher have the same green and red match so I could choose who would take the hits depending on HP, matchups etc. I believe I had this situation at Punisher 115/Hulk 100.

I ended up maxing my Punisher - at 141 he does 52 red and 60 green. I got Hulk up to 120 and he does 52 red and 59 green, but I think green went up on the last level. I'm worried if I push farther, red will go to 53. Any idea if there's a level where Hulk has 52 red and 59 green?

but you need to watch out for rounding as well since we only see whole numbers
