5* Black Panther Move or Be Moved not firing vs Dooms Diabolical Plot

Noticed in Doom Event. I would think it's because maybe the game counts the tiles individually as it fires Diabolical Plot, which means it's just 3 firings of the set damage instead of all at once right?

except.... then I use 3* Captain Marvel vs it, Energy Absorption only fires once. 

So...... a bug, yes?

    Sounds plausible. They've been having trouble with Move... or Be Moved.
