What alliance to open slots for?

I am leaving this game. It is fun, but way to time consuming, and where I am in life needs more focus on other things. But, I have accrued 1225 HP that I would like to pass on to open a slot for two alliances so they can get on their way to a full 20/20. If anyone in the community know someone who is awesome, but in a small alliance, pleas nominate them and I will join them and open their first slot. The only condition is that they try to get a buy the next slot format going, and actively recruit members to reach 20. I would prefer if it was a high ranking forum member, mod, or admin who nominates the people, but I'll take considerations on anyone. Please just PM me who you thinks this could help.

Update* I am talking to nightwing 20 and this was an offer I made him. If he buys a stark salary to open up all 20 slots, and ask for incoming member to chip in 5 bucks to cover it, then I will open up the 1200 slot for him. This makes it a lot cheaper to get to a full 20 man alliance as opposed to some people without banked HP needing to spend 10 bucks for the average slot, or the last members needing to spend from 1500 to 2000 HP for theirs. If he declines this offer, this is the offer that I will extend to other self-nominated commanders. I will update when someone has taken the offer.

Update* Hero girlz got the free slot. It is a group made by the daughter of one of Retributions members.
