UPDATE 11:30 AM PDT - 4/17/17 - This has now been fixed and all customer support communication channels are working. Thank you for your patience!

Hi Everyone - 

I wanted to share a note that one of the email addresses that some players reach out to us for customer support is currently unavailable.  If you normally email our customer support team via support@d3p.us, we ask you to reach out via mobilesupport@d3p.us or via the in-game FAQs for the time being.  We expect this issue to be only temporary and will make an announcement when support@d3p.us is available again.

    My faq screen has been like this for last 2 updates. This gonna be fixed anytime soon?

    We are working with Helpshift in fixing the in-game FAQs as we speak.  The web version of the FAQ can be found here for now - https://d3publisher.helpshift.com/a/marvel-puzzle-quest/
