So after 1/2 of an alphabet I realized that the PvE's progression reward was going by alphabetical order by their first name.

I realized:

Gwen(pool)
Logan
Miles Morales
Peggy Carter
Reed Richards
Sam Wilson (Flaptain)
Ironfist (okay new guy)
Medusa (figured D3 was focusing on "latest 12" but who knows)
******* <----- This where Sam "nova" (and I've forgotten his last name)
&&&& (but wait, D3's seemed to have noticed the outrage of focusing on the "latest 12" and gone back to include everyone, because looks who's next....)

I don't think it's alphabetical, they just do whoever is due. It was time for Carol Danvers covers.
