Have nodes stopped turning green when you've gotten all the rewards? 

In the latest PvE have 6/6 on a few nodes and they are still yellow spinning arrow symbol.

It doesn't turn green because you're never done grinding a node......the devs just "fixed" it to match addicts play style.
