Blade Bloodlust Activating Every turn

So i just fought a 4* Blade who once they reached over 9 red AP bloodlust was going off every turn even once below 9 red AP doing 3k+ damage every turn....

Bloodlust activates once it reaches 9 and changes back to The Hunger once it goes back under 7
