Any guides on farming 2*s?

I get the general idea, I understand the benefits. I do not get the nuances of it. Any help or links would be appreciated.

No guides that I know of, the principle is simply Roster -> Champ -> MaxChamp -> Sell -> Roster ... It doesn't get much more complicated than thatThat said, there may be some things to keep in mind, based on common sense:
- Don't start a 2* farm if you're still relying on the 2*s to get things done. You don't want to cripple your roster.
- If you can spare the roster spots, it may be a good idea to start rostering and re-covering characters that are getting close to maxchamp level. This will be advantegous in two ways: 1. you don't have to use a super weak version for characters in their required nodes, and 2. if the RNG 'blesses' you with 10 covers in the same color, at least you can put the 5 duplicates towards the remaining champion levels for the soon-to-be maxchamp version.
- It might be handy to keep a stockpile of tokens handy for speeding up the re-covering your 2*s, especially if you don't "double roster" them for a while.
- Double check the sale price for a maxchamped character. There's been a bug around for a very long time (maybe even since the start of championing) where the sell price lower than it should be. If this is the case, you'll have to go through the CS treadmill to be compensated for the difference.

Also - sell the max championed one when you have already at least one cover waiting in the queue - that way you will not miss the 2* in the DDQ or PvE.0

If you can hold out, try not to sell the champed 2* until the one cover in the queue that Magic mentions above is about to expire, as you will hopefully have collected a few extra covers in that 2 weeks, which reduces the time of having a very low-covered 2*
Sometimes, you just need the 125HP though!

I'll list out my strategy, which requires an extra slot to be open.
Roster all 2*, and go until somebody hits level 144. Once additional covers start coming in, start re-building the character in the extra slot.
When another character reaches 144, collect additional covers for that character in the queue until the oldest is about to expire. Then, sell the first character and start building the new character in the newly created slot.
There are a couple of upsides:
1. You are never left with a 1-cover 2*, which is occasionally useful for essentials and the behemoth burrito.
2. You have flexibility as to which 2* you sell; for example, I left Moonstone unsold during the Hunt event since she was essential. Sure, I could clear the essentials with a 1 cover Moonstone and 2 4*, but I just prefer to never have to use a heal pack on a 2*.
Of course, the downside is 1000HP. However, HP is not my problem at the moment, and if it ever becomes one, I can just use the extra slot to roster the new 4 or 5* that would require it.
Of course, your mileage may vary,
