Trade 13 4* covers for 4500 HP?

I have a 3/1/4 Carnage and 1/1/3 Electra.  Should I sell them both to get 4500 HP (and 40K+ ISO)?

Background:  89 slots, 32 3* champed, 33 4* rostered with 8 covers max (yes, Carnage), 5 5*.  1840 HP and 1.2 million ISO in the bank.  PvE player in private alliance of 1 now; trying to not play as much so that I can play other games...

I think it's a good deal, because I don't ever use Carnage except to beat his Crash last time it came up.  I can use the HP for roster slots to fill out my 2* farm, and...well, now with the 4* vaulted away, I can switch to buy classic legends and roster the classic 5*s.  Or just keep the HP for when missing 4* shows up in progression.

Advice please?

How long does the inflated HP sell price stay around until?

The inflated price lasts two weeks.

I sold them both this morning.  I kind of forgot that selling covers opened up  their slots, so on top of sitting on all the HP, I rostered a 2* and a Cloak & Dagger from the PvE progression.

@mexus it's because they were rebalanced at the start of the season. There's always a window of higher buy-back prices for people who don't like the changes.
