Who's in and Who's out List (Cover Availability)

Hi,

Has anyone made a list of what covers are currently Available?

It would be good to know who you can get and how, right?  Some are in Tokens, some are champion rewards, and others in vaults, and DDQ...


It would be great to have a list of what covers are out there and where to find them.  I started to do one, but don't have the time to keep it up to date.
