Which 4*s to level ?

Looking for advice on which 4*s to work on leveling. Currently roster is http://mpq.gamependium.com/rosters/tonypq-roster , the levels info isn't update for all characters yet, still working on that. I PVE mainly and try to hit 575 PVP for the CPs, I have Xforce Wolverine and Peggy Carter champed, the options to level now are as follows, 

Fully covered 4s Wasp lvl 196, Gwenpool lvl 203, Medusa lvl 201, Fury lvl 207, Red Hulk lvl 186, Agent Venom lvl 138, Coulson lvl 74, Mordo lvl 111

12 covers Dino lvl 198, Inv Woman lvl 195, Ant-man lvl 185

Other considerations 11 cov Falcon lvl 188,  9 cov Professor lvl 188,  11 cov Blade lvl 173, 8 cov Star-lord lvl 154, 11 cov Captain Marvel lvl 119

Which 1 would you champ first and which 2nd/3rd would you work on next ?

Of the following I still need a lot of covers for, which would you favorite and continue to work on ? 

Iceman, Star-lord, Jean, Hulkbuster, Thor, X-23, Thing, Deadpool, Cage, Fist, Awesome Hulk, Nova, Punisher

Medusa is brilliant champed I would prioritise her then red hulk 

Iceman, Nova and starlord are good and hulkbuster too 

I use Medusa with storm and one other for pvp as she is just a brilliant all round character

Red Hulk and Agent Venom might actually make a good combo (if Military might and gamma Siphon are maxed)

I mention this because Spider Woman got extra consideration to be my second 4 Star Champ based on how well she works with my first (X-23)

the only issue I see with having Peggy Carter as the third is that would leave X-23 only tanking one color

Medusa can be awesome if max covered and Coulson works great with countdowns or allies with cheap active powers

medusa, great character and still in packs for a while

coulson and mordo - maybe not as good but will be in packs for a long time, so everytime you pull their cards, it adds champ level instead of wasting

rulk is great, but you can champ him anytime.

Normally, I would advocate Rulk before Medusa, but you're going to be pulling Medusa for a few months and Rulk is vaulted. I would say Medusa, Rulk, then Wasp. I know saying Rulk over Wasp sounds like the opposite of what I said about Rulk vs Medusa, but as a primary PvE player a boosted Rulk is hilariously strong. You'll love it. Coulson would my pick after those 3.

Out of the other well covered characters Captain Marvel is a must. She's a beast. Starlord is another absolutely PvE must.

Agent Venom, Mordo, Devil Dino, and Captain Falcon are bottom tier, IMO. Not worth the iso if you got someone better.

As for the favorite, I'd pick both Iceman and Starlord first. Don't worry about Cage and Fist, they're not going anywhere soon.

Once you get a few 4* champs, you might want to give 900 a shot in PvP. It might take a bit of time and a SHIELD hop or 2, but it'll be doable. Especially once you have 2 or more boosted champs.
