Missing Points in Wave Node? (HoD)

I finished my initial 4x clears in sub 2 of Hearts of Darkness today in about 50 minutes, but found myself "missing" 263 points off optimal -- I should have 17604 like the rest of my leaderboard, but for some reason only have 17341. 

All my nodes are recharging, I did not miss any nodes, and I did not wipe on anything. However, the game did randomly reset immediately after one of my wins on one of the wave nodes. It looked like credited me with the proper rewards, but I'm wondering if it shortchanged me some points.

I'm not sure if this is something I should submit a ticket over (what would I ask for? points?) -- but thought I'd report it anyway, in the off chance it's a known issue or something other people have experienced.
