Updates on Champion Character Rewards

Now that we have vaulted most of the 3* and 4* characters, there should be more 3*s and 4*s available through champion rewards, since that's one of the only reliable ways to get most of the vaulted ones. These should be rotated in regularly so that you can actually get something besides just ISO and HP from champion rewards, especially now that it's so hard to add champion levels to your characters, since the majority of them no longer appear in tokens.

I was recently thinking something along these lines, where each 2* champion could feed 2-3 3* characters. For example, Magneto could feed Magneto, Mystique, and Quicksilver; Captain Marvel could feed Captain Marvel and Kamala Khan. I would replace other existing rewards (probably iso and Heroic tokens) with those covers.
