Which hero will use the power?

Hi there!
Let's say my team has two heros that both uses the red power.
In a pvp event, as I can't control my team, which hero will use that power? The one with more damage? The one that fills the power's gems first? Which one?

They usually go for the most damaging one or the one they have the AP for.

According to... Phantron or Phaserhawk or someone whose name starts with P I believe.

I'll illustrate using an example - Iron Man Model 40 and Classic Magneto.

IM40's Red = 13AP
C.Mag's Red = 2AP

If the AI has 3 AP, every turn it'll make a roll whether it'll save AP or cast the skill that it has available AP for (C.Mag's Red).
The same for 6 AP.
And 9 AP.
If the AI has 13AP, it'll use the highest costing skill (IM40's Red).

tl;dr - the AI uses whichever skill it has the available AP for, but if you're lucky, it'll save up for the highest costing skill. That does require you to get lucky on rolls on multiple turns though.

Seems the more distance the AP cost, more chances the less hero use it...
