PSA: Don't Bother Waiting to Use Elite Pack Refund

If you find yourself as one of the unlucky people to receive a duplicate from opening an elite pack, then you'll have noticed that D3 will allow you a one time only chance to open another elite pack as a remedy. However, D3 has tied your pack refund to THE SAME ELITE PACK that resulted in the original duplicate.

So, enjoy your original duplicate, enjoy your frustrating conversation with an apathetic customer service, and, most importantly, enjoy your refund elite pack that will produce yet another duplicate!!! /s

    Even better. I had a duplicate in the first elite pack, then they locked me into the second one.  Whoever is in charge of customer service is bad at his/her job.
