How about now? Does everyone still need 2 days to clear OGW now? What's this, the tenth time it's been run? Fifteenth? I've lost count.

It's OGW part 1, as well! It's not the trickiest set of levels, is it?
Yes, there are still players who do not have as good cards who need more attempts to try to complete OGW.

There are also people who have other commitments and might not be able to finish all the levels twice over in time.

I don't see an issue with the length of OGW events.

There is no issue with OGW itself being run for 2 days - the problem is there's nothing else to do. There isn't any downside to OGW going on for 2 days, just gives people more time. I personally like it going for 2 days.

For me a newer player with not a lot of time, I still struggle with OGW and feel incapable of reaching the full progression rewards.  I usually get up to Jori En and get discouraged actually... But, I only have one lvl 60 walker and that's Gideon 1.0
One day I hope to get the rare...  Le sigh.

During OGW would be the perfect time to run Planeswalker Arena, rather than having it be concurrent with Revolt.

I think that it would be a good idea to swap events like Emergency Ordinances and Fate is Rarely Fair with Oath of the Gatewatch.

Like from Monday-Tuesday to Thursday-Friday, or just swap one of them. RatC is still ongoing on Monday-Tuesday, plus Trial of the Planes, that's 3 events at the same time while on Thursday-Friday, we only get Oath (which is way faster to play and lasts two days so should only be considered an half-event) and Trials.

Some players wouldn't feel like there's nothing to do during Thursday and Friday if the event schedule was more balanced.

Well good lord, has RatC cut in a day early????

It almost feels like I've been listened to here!

Now if they'd just alter the content of RatC subtly, maybe by coloring the nodes, or changing the objectives, or throwing some new cards in the decks, then I might go some way to being happy!

Not actually happy, like if some new content was introduced. Just some way towards it.

    @Brigby

Just riffing off Shteev's idea, but could I make a suggestion that these pve events have changing objectives by difficulty?

First round is easy to clear, second round optional objectives become harder, then even harder the next round.

With this system instead of progressively harder nodes we have now, each round gives players something more challenging to do, and also allows all players to participate in every node instead of getting stuck on some nodes.

Before you pat yourself too hard on the back, all they really did was plug RatC into the slot that BP would have taken. Weekend PvP events always start on Fridays.

they're removing qb and putting the qb event so you have a daily stupid event beside the weekly ones.
the question is, why not have both ?
