    This is possibly coming with the next update. Brigby mentioned something about "themed decks" in one of his posts last night. My guess is that's what he's referencing.

    Probably. When it was announced, it was said these would be used in an upcoming feature. I imagine they don't want to announce winners until the feature is finalized.
